3 x 260 tons per day gas generator furnace, 1 x 30 tons per day electrical furnace, 1 x 40 tons per day electrical furance, 1 x 60 tons per day electrical furnace, totally 910 tons per day capacity.Totally 11 production line for perfume bottle manufacturing, annual capacity over 200 million pcs. With the corresponding decoration production line, GP Bottles cap delivery the goods to meet your requirement.

15 x production line for different material with annual capacity 100 million pcs perfume caps, including zamac cap, plastic cap, wooden cap, aluminium cap etc.There are also the finishing processing during the perfume cap production ,such as laser engraving, printing, hot-stamping, coating, vacuum plating, electroplating, enamel, polishing etc.
