Air impermeability testing method of perfume glass bottle packaging
Perfume has become more and more abundant in people's lives. Since perfume is easy to volatilize and liquid is easily oxidized by air, the perfume bottle is required to have high sealing performance. In order to ensure the tightness of the perfume bottle, a seal tester will be used to test the tightness of the perfume bottle, and the leakage situation will be improved in time.
The method of sealing performance of perfume bottles with a sealing tester is as follows:
1. For the sealing performance test of perfume bottle caps, use a capping machine to meet the rated torque required for capping, and test with a perfume bottle sealing tester, pressurize to 200kPa, hold the pressure underwater for 1 minute, and observe whether Leakage, then increase the pressure to 350kPa, hold the pressure for 1 minute, and observe whether the cap is loose and pops up. It is required not to leak air at 200kPa and not to take off the cover at 350kPa.
2. To test the sealing performance of the perfume spray valve, place the pressure device bottle with the sample down and place it on the support of the vacuum chamber of the sealing tester; pour an appropriate amount of water into the vacuum chamber so that the sample part does not enter the water. Press the test button and slowly rotate the pressure regulating valve on the right side of the seal tester clockwise to slowly increase the intake pressure, and the seal tester starts to pressurize the accessory. When the set point value is reached, the seal tester stops pressurizing and starts timing. At this time, observe whether there are bubbles in the underwater sample;
3. The outer packaging of the perfume is a display of the inherent quality of the perfume. Because perfume is easy to volatilize and the liquid is easily oxidized in the air, the perfume bottle is required to have a high tightness. Smell the perfume bottle that has never been opened. There should be no fragrance.
4. When using the seal tester, ensure that the air source is clean and stable, and try to avoid connecting large pneumatic equipment to the same air source.
