What is the minimum order quantity for a custom perfume box?
1,000 pieces per structure for a first order and same for repeat runs. Below that we can still supply printed samples or stock structures with custom sleeves.
How long does a printed perfume box sample take?
5–7 working days for a digitally printed structural sample and 10–12 days if hot foil tooling is required. Express courier is 3–5 days worldwide.
Can you design the perfume packaging if we only have a bottle?
Yes. Send the bottle drawing or the physical bottle and we return a structural proposal, dieline and 3D visual. Design is free once the project is confirmed.
Do you offer FSC® or recyclable perfume packaging?
Yes. FSC® certified board, soy-based ink, water-based coating, magnet-free closures and mono-material inserts are all available for EU-bound programmes.
Will the insert fit a bottle we bought elsewhere?
It will, provided you send the exact bottle or a dimensioned drawing with cap fitted. We cut a test insert and photograph the fit before tooling is finalised.
Which shipping terms do you support?
FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard, plus EXW, CIF and DDP by air, sea or rail. Consolidation with bottles and caps in one shipment is normal practice.
