A : Yes, you can request samples for most of our models! Here's how it works:
→ Get in touch with your GPBottles' sales manager to proceed.
→ Samples are generally free, you only pay for the shipping.
→ For items with limited availability, a small sample fee may apply. Don't worry—this fee will be fully deducted from your first bulk order exceeding USD 10,000.

Step 1 Inquiry & Quotation
Start by selecting your preferred model from our standard checklist and confirming any custom decoration or labeling requirements. Then, simply contact us to receive a detailed, no-obligation quotation and confirm all specifics, including quantity, shipping method, lead time, and payment policy.
Step 2 Order Confirmation & Deposit
Once all details are finalized, our sales manager will issue a proforma invoice for your final approval. To officially secure your order and initiate the production schedule, a down payment of approximately 30% is required.
Step 3 Production & Quality Assurance
We then execute mass production strictly according to the confirmed order agreement, committed to delivering on time. After all goods are completed, they undergo a rigorous final check by our QC team, and a detailed inspection report is issued for your records.
Step 4 Final Payment & Shipment
After you have evaluated the inspection report (or an approved production sample), the balance payment is due. In the meantime, we will arrange all shipment details. Upon dispatch, we provide all necessary shipping documents and real-time tracking information.
